”The first room we checked into was in poor condition - the bed was broken and the bathroom door was impossible to open. I scratched my leg on a piece of metal sticking out of the box as well. Staff checked us into a different room, and this one was at least functional. Sheets and towels did not seem especially clean. There was hair on the sheets and in a washcloth as well. The bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock. In the morning our room key wouldn’t unlock the pool area (during operating hours)....

We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites Columbia. The room layout was excellent, with a separate sitting area and workspace that made it feel both functional and spacious. Everything was well-appointed and very comfortable. The service was warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered plenty of great options to start the day. The location is also a big plus—conveniently close to University of Missouri. Would definitely stay here...

”This place ended up being more like a halfway house - several properties in Columbia were converted (from a source who is a longtime resident of Columbia). ”The location was good. The room was fairly quiet (I could hear a lot of walking above me at 2am...). It was clean and the staff was great.
The TV wouldn't stay connected. I would watch about 30 seconds of the show and it would cut off...then power back on a few seconds later. I finally just turned it off and put a movie on my tablet.
The door security latch was broken...like completely gone. So I wedged a chair under the door for extra piece of mind.
There appeared to be a maxi pad paper...
