”I enjoyed my stay- great property and service. However I was very surprised that upon checkout I was told I owed $200 for selecting a “package” that included a daily resort credit and free bike rentals. I was there for work and never would have opted in for this. I feel deceived and disappointed that when I checked in it wasn’t called to my attention and given the option to decline it.”

”This is a nice hotel, walkable to campus. However, they tried to ignore my Expedia rate and book me in at a considerably higher rate. What was worse, I had prepaid an Expedia deposit which they had no record of. I was able to show them my email as proof. They had no interest in solving this issue for me and kept waving me off, telling me to take care of it myself later on. Upon checkout, they send you a text, instructing you to text that you have departed and they will send your final bill...

”The staff was friendly and the location in relationship to Mizzou can’t be beat. However the room was unacceptable. Not just dated, but in complete disrepair. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. The furniture is chipped and have holes in them. The bathroom door was crumbling, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. The wall controls for the air conditioner didn’t work, and the unit was very loud, and had a hard time keeping up with the heat. The curtains didn’t close all the way. I had to...

”What a pleasant stay. This isn't staff that checked us in.We're absolutely wonderful. They helped in so many ways. We had our car loaded, heading to tennessee.They put us on the right side of the building to keep an eye on. The room was really clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The bonus was breakfast very good. Thank you.We will stay at wyndham again. 5 stars all the way.”

”We were out of shower soap And no regular coffee KCups, Bed sloped to the middle, only one bath towel per person and no hair dryer! No spaces to park our pickup with trailer so had to park in nearby restaurant parking lot!”

”This place was fine for one night with good value. It is an old building maintained fairly well, but with a musty aroma given its age. The pool looked clean, but I did not swim. The breakfast was fair with a good coffee machine that provided decent flavor. I was very satisfied for the price but would not want to stay here with my wife for more than one night necessarily. ”I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this property. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained, and there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the premises. To make matters worse, I witnessed individuals apparently using drugs outside the lobby entrance, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Another issue was the number of dogs being kept in guest rooms. While I understand that some hotels are pet-friendly, the situation seemed poorly managed and contributed to noise,...

”The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily.”
