âThere is nothing special in this hotel chain. Old concept, needs refurbishing. The reseptionist did not explain the services at check in. Location near the railway station means there are drug users in the neighbourhood. â

âThis hotel is a unique boutique hotel with excellent service! Even it is outside from the city center, the location is good. There is a train going to city center and the station is quite near. The only small issue was that we had on our visit a spy in the closed. Something which of course should not happen in this kind of hotel, but the hotel took care of it immediately.â

Crossbasket Castle & Hotel has to be one of the nicest hotels weâve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed and elegantly decorated and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, with fantastic quality and choice. Most of all, the service truly stood out: every member of staff was attentive, welcoming, and professional. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend...
