”Nice location that would have been tranquil were it not for the two (or more) yapping dogs on-site.”

”I was impressed with the communication from Juan. He was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I loved the bed, firm and comfortable, as well as the pillows. He told us about a walking path around the outside of the neighborhood. We got up early and walked it! Loved it. We drive an electric vehicle and happy to know that there are chargers in the lot near the apartment. It was a very good experience for us…”

”Nice place, Nice neighborhood, Good and safe Parking. Very responsive host. Enjoyed our stay!!”

”This property location was awesome. It is a 5 min walk to the metro and an 8 min walk to the Reston Town Center where there are lots of options for restaurants. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day sightseeing in Washington DC.”

”Overall, the apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, close to the town center, restaurants, and shopping. It had everything needed for an extended stay, including linens, cookware, an iron, and other essentials. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the appliances were in good condition. There were a few areas for improvement. Parking was difficult to secure and quite expensive. Although I stayed for only two weeks, I was required to pay for an entire...

”DO NOT BOOK THIS!! No one at desk when I arrived I had to find another hotel when I arrived at 9:30pm at night”

”Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”

”Host was responsive to all needs. Location is tremendous and the building is beautiful.”

”Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked...
