”Check in was different, but once we figured it out, it was very easy as well as check-out. It snowed quite a bit (in May) and we were a little concerned about the steep driveway, wasn't a problem. It was plowed and salted before we we needed to leave (early). The room was clean and comfortable. Great alternative to staying in a casino.”

”Great location for the unbelievably beautiful Lake Tahoe. Slight issues with contactless check-in as I had 2 messages about credit card not being accepted, the second one after I'd called them and processed payments over the phone the day before (in response to the first message). At the time we arrived, another couple were trying to contact Firelite as they hadn't received the necessary information to access their room. So something isn't right with their process and you may need to be prepared...

”The resort was very communicative before the stay and during, letting us know there was construction days before checking in. They were quick to respond when we had questions and welcoming when we arrived. They also had many other amenities that we could request and use throughout our stay such as a hot plate with pots and pans to cook in our kitchenette. It’s the perfect location right on the lake! ”

”Great location we travelledfrom Scotland, UK and have stayed in many hotels on our road trip but this is obe of the best . Shawn and Charlie were very helpfull and great info on area. Despite a huge amount of snow falling on May 4th our stay was still great. Board games etc kept us occupied and great views of the Lake and the forest beyonfl.
