”We stayed in an upgraded room which was fantastic except the shower pressure was diabolical. Breakfast was amazing, bed was really comfortable, staff were wonderful. We stayed in a non upgraded room a day before this stay and the shower was amazing but the room was really tired. Again the bed was super comfy and brekkie wonderful. ”

”Actually, the process of booking through Hotels.com the claim of everything must be handled by the hotel is not true. They are not in control of the booking. Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay”

”The hotel was still being built on arrival. I had not been sent any instructions on how to access the building so could not get in for the first hour. When I left my room during the afternoon and returned, workers from the hotel were in my room removing a fridge. They accepted they should have checked with me first but this meant I left the hotel a night early as I did not feel safe in my room.”

”The rooms are tired looking and need a refurb. However comfortable bed, staff and restaurant no complaints very friendly and attentive! Food lovely! ”

”First time I have stayed here but it certainly won’t be the last. Situated in a lovely setting everything was perfect. Staff welcoming and friendly, food was outstanding and the rooms were immaculate. I would certainly recommend this lovely pub. ”

”Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay. The breakfast is delicious and the staff make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Do try the pancakes, they we're delicious! The hotel overall is really comfortable and clean, the food at the pub is delicious and you'll feel taken care of your whole stay. I...
