”I booked because of the name "Radisson".
The blanket was really cheap and the bed was not the 4-star standard.
I don't think they had changed the sheet in my room, and apparently housekeeping does not work I the evening. They gave me a new room. They gave me a second blanket, which made my night ok.
This place is great for a 3 star hotel, but if you are looking for a standard 4 star bed, this is not the place for you. ”

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”Room was small (as most rooms are in the UK), but it was so well designed it still felt spacious enough. The seaview was a big bonus. Location couldn't have been better. Lovely staff, I felt very welcome. ”

”Great little hotel, far exceed my expectations. Spotlessly clean room, lovely cotton bed linen, great shower and beautiful decor. The only issue is parking, but we managed to find a place along the sea front £8 per day. I’d definitely stay at the charm again, very friendly staff and a beautifully appointed room, and amazing value. ”

”Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tulimme tänne lentomme Gatwickistä peruunnuttua. Henkilökunta empaattinen ja palvelu erittäin hyvää.
Huoneet siistit ja huoneessa palvelut kunnossa. Ravintola mukava ja ruoka oli hyvää.
Hotellin ympäristössä ei ollut käytännössä mitään. Vieressä liikuntakeskus, jonne saa alennuksella päivälipun, mutta piha-alueella pelkkää parkkipaikkaa, joten lähialueen ulkoilu ei ollut kovin miellyttävä kokemus. Hotelli varmasti autoilijoille hyvä taukopaikka Lontoon...
