”I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...

”So pleased we picked Ffolkes for our stay, we had a brilliant time. The facilities are all spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was just a very pleasant stay. The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area. Would definitely stay in the same room again. Thanks for a lovely stay!”
