The property, built in 2020, stands a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, La Pelosa, which overlooks the marine protected area of Asinara Island that became a National Park in 2002. Finely furnished and equipped with every comfort, the apartments can be on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with terrace, equipped with table and chairs.

The residence, with contemporary design, consists of 54 apartments divided into 5 housing groups surrounded by gardens. Within the facility are shared facilities such as a swimming pool and a playground area. There are bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Sports enthusiasts will find diving, kite and windsurfing centers; trekking and boat excursions are possible.

The town of Stintino is an ancient fishing village that is only 4 km away, so the use of a car is suggested. The village is known for its picturesque little harbor and new marina, both surrounded by typical restaurants. On summer evenings, the center is enlivened by the colorful night market. The nearby beaches of Il Gabbiano and La Pelosetta host bathing establishments where beach umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented (the opening of these facilities is at the discretion of private operators).

The Bilocale Premium is a 38sqm apartment with living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and garbage disposal to be taken care of by the guest or extra charge of € 50.00.

2) TOURIST TAX : to be paid on site in cash, it is mandatory for the town of Stintino. The amount varies depending on the period.

3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the state of the apartment. In case of departures outside the hours of the reception office, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 - check-out 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated in advance to the property, to issue KEY BOX code for key collection. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and may be charged an additional fee of € 50.00.

2) It is specified that in this complex is carried out the separate collection and disposal of waste in special containers.

3) The apartments are located within a residential context and the photos are explanatory.

4) HIGH CHAIR / STROLLER: € 2.00 per day, per piece.

5) PETS (TO BE NOTIFIED AT TIME OF RESERVATION): allowed (max 25 kg) excluding common areas, € 50.00 for extra cleaning, per pet.

6) TRANSFER: from/to Alghero airport € 90,00 per car 1/3 pax, € 110,00 per car 4/8 pax. From/to Porto Torres € 60.00 per car 1/3 pax, € 75.00 per car 4/8 pax. From 22:00 to 07:00 hours 20% surcharge. Prices are per way.

TO KNOW:

In case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.
