The living area, made up of two lounges, one of which is veranda-style, is bright and welcoming. It is furnished with two double sofa beds, a dining table and a TV. The living areas connect directly to the outdoor veranda, creating a pleasant flow between indoors and outdoors, ideal for dining outside, reading, relaxing or spending evenings together. The kitchen is equipped and convenient for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner independently. The sleeping area features a cosy bedroom with a double bed. There is also a full bathroom with shower.

Check-in and management
A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in. They will be required to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement, pay a €300 security deposit and settle the tourist tax, if applicable.

In order to access the property, the procedure must be completed before arrival.
