”Liked everything! Really nice location, Conic Hill and loch boat tour etc easily available. Very friendly service and room lacked only more wall hooks for towels, other than that perfect.”

”Good location - easy walk to the loch and a restaurant next door. Room felt a bit dated and shabby - there were no luggage racks, the window wouldn’t open, the main light didn’t work. Staff were efficient and friendly. Fine for one night. Note: you need to put your room key in a wall slot to get electricity in the room.”

”Excellent hostel! I stayed in the Court - I’m a light sleeper and even with earplugs, I woke often as people were coming and going at all hours of the night. Disturbances would likely be less in the other rooms. The facilities, social aspect of the hostel and the staff were top notch! They have activities each day to connect you with others. As a solo traveller, it was incredible and more reason to stay in a hostel. Price was great for Edinburgh and the location cannot be beat!”

”The hotel is in beautiful surroundings, wery easy make some hiking around the near mountains or take a bus to Glencoe/Ben Nevis area. The rooms were a little out of date, some renovation neede there. But downstairs is in better condition, the restauranta and bar area. The breakfast is really good, a lot of options and well cooked. The dinner options were just ok. It was good to have an option to have a packed lunch with. The personel were very friendly. Paying was too slow in the restaurant - we...

”A cosy and nice hotel. Service and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was quite what you would expect, although points to the hotel for having also something else than english breakfast. Weakest coffee we had the entire trip though. The room was great, however the matress was 20cm smaller than should be on the bed. It was also smaller than in the pictures and wasn’t that comfortable. ”
