”Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!”

”We had a great time for a week there. Very relaxing time and the staff were always very kind and friendly. The rooms were a little bit old fashioned but I keeping with the friendly atmosphere ”

”Darren at reception was really lovely, the lady who served us breakfast in the morning was very lovely and accommodating. The hotel dog ran up to us barking as we were leaving, which was a bit alarming. The bedroom was simple and clean. Unfortunately the hotel has an awful smell, even in the bedrooms, like damp or mouldy carpets. A bee was in our room, luckily my husband was able to get it out. I appreciate it is an old historic building, but a deep clean and refresh of the carpets might help.”

”Check-in quick and easy and staff member polite and welcoming. Room adequate and en-suite modern with good warm shower. Twin beds were quite small to accommodate size of room. Overall okay location to stay for a night or so but no cooked breakfast( continental available) was not ideal. ”

”Staff could not have been more professional and helpful, a real credit to the property. Well located close to Falmouth, plenty of parking. The room was lovely, plenty of storage and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were poor and not sufficient. Breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was amazing! The poached eggs were magnificent! Speed of service was slow but being out of season that is understandable. Less understandable are the massive cobwebs in the...

”Great location with great sea views. Room was quite small but was perfectly sufficient for our one night stay. Also, very clean and everything needed was available. Breakfast was good value but not well organised. Overall a comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again..”
