One of the best hostels I´ve visited
This was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at - probably the best! The staff was very friendly, the location was picture-perfect, the facilities were excellent and well-maintained and all the needs of a traveller were being met. The kitchen was very well equipped and the breakfast room was exceptionally comfortable, the beds and linen were of good quality and bathroom was always clean even though the hostel was fully-booked. The only minor minus is the noise at night: located by the water right by the city center means that all the noise of the city comes in. So remember your ear plugs and you´ll be fine! :)

Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä
Erittäin siistiä ja viihtyisää. Neljän hengen huone päärakennuksessa oli yllättävänkin tilava. Kerrossängyt hieman huteran oloisia, mutta aika leveät sängyt oli ja yläsängyissä hyvät kaiteet (esim. lapselle olisi hyvä). Wc:t ja suihkut olivat käytävällä, niitä oli reilusti ja yksittäiset suihkukopit tilavia. Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja aamiainen hyvä. Kuumuuden takia pidimme ikkuinoita hiukan raollaan yöllä, niin ulkoa kuului läheisen baarin melua, mikä vähän häiritsi. Skeppsholmenin saari oli aivan ihana ja tämän hostellin vanha purjelaiva mielettömän hienon näköinen. Olisi ollut elämys yöpyä siinä, ensi kerralla sitten täytyy pyytää huone laivasta. Lautalla pääsi helposti djurgårdeniin ja slusseniin.

Great hostel near everything
The hostel was very nice for it’s price. Staff was friendly and location was amazing! The room was very average, clean and nice. Only downsize that the beds were really shaky so everytime I moved the person below me could feel it and vice versa. Also no aircon in the rooms so it was a bit hot during the nights but overall experience was very good!

Amazing experience. Beautiful room with view on to Gamla Stan and the beautiful ship Chapman. Central base for sightseeing. Kids loved it too and felt very safe for them. We will be back.

The best thing about this property is the location, which is what we really wanted, at an affordable price. We liked being close to the city, on the water, with an old sailing ship out the front and a great view of the old town Gamla Stan. It was absolutely perfect for the New Years Eve fireworks. We chose a 4-bed room for our family of 3 so we could have a room to ourselves in a place that is more like a backpackers. The toilet on our floor was broken, so we had to go down to lower floors, which was no big deal and I expect it's fixed by now. If you consider the phrase, "You only get what you pay for", then this place is pretty good - for the price. We are used to real hotels but Stockholm is very expensive so happy to settle for a lower standard at the same price we'd pay for a decent hotel in other countries. Most importantly it was clean, comfortable, great location, nice staff, and a fair price.

The property is very old (historic) so don't expect modern rooms. Ours was painted grey and my nine year old daughter likened it to a prison cell! We shared a bathroom which was cleaned regularly. The kitchen is small but has everything you might need. Other than that it was a clean and safe place to stay for two females travelling alone. Very convenient for the ABBA museum (via ferry) and the shops, etc.

Rent, snyggt, vänlig frukostpersonal. Men, numera kostar det för mycket för att ha toa o dusch i korridoren. Dessutom är det utmanande snålt att inte bjuda på tvål, vare sig i duschen eller på rummet.

Bra bosättning
Allting var bra såsom bra personer att dela rum med, bra service, kunde sova...etc. förutom att det luktade illa genom korridorerna på kvällen på grund av all alkohol men det jag löste jag enkelt genom att skynda mig genom hela stället in till mitt rum där det var fräscht
