What an amazing trip! And it all started with finding this awesome apartment in Gamla Stan several months ago. The apartment is in the perfect location and we were able to walk (or ferry) to almost everything we wanted to do and see during our stay. Apartment was as described on VRBO, very clean and beautiful views! The neighborhood was so quiet and hearing the church bells throughout the day was so charming. And I can’t say enough how easy and pleasant it was working with our host, Hedvig! She communicated with us before, during and after our stay. For our first trip overseas we had some anxiety and a lot of questions. Hedvig provided us with all the basic information we needed in a very timely manner and on top of that she provided several useful guides which we used throughout our stay. She is a first class host! As described in the listing, the apartment is on the 4th floor in a very old building with no elevator/lift. So the spiral staircase is no joke. We were definitely out of breath when we got to the top each time but the apartment and views were worth it! :-) Highly recommend this apartment and host!! We are planning another trip back to Stockholm next year and we look forward to working with Hedvig again!

Großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in bester Lage in der Altstadt. Wegen der Treppen sollte man gut zu Fuß sein.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet. Gastgeber superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist traumhaft: mittendrin und doch ruhig. Der Blick aus den Fenstern ist atemberaubend.

This is a charming, fun apartment in the center of Gamla Stan - location is amazing. The property owner is very helpful and responsive. The apartment is comfortable and fully stocked. Highly recommend this for a stay in Stockholm.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Stockholm
We had a wonderful week at this apartment located right in the middle of Gamla Stan (the Old town) right beside the big German Church. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all of our meals there. The hosts have an office downstairs and were very responsive to our needs. Thanks again for a wonderful time in Sweden!

Great apartment, would recommend
Stayed here for 3 nights with our family, to include 2 children. The apartment was exactly as listed. Had baby bed and other kid friendly equipment. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. She allowed us to drop our bags early and leave them after check out as well - this was a nice plus as many places don’t allow this! Would recommend booking!

Perfect location
This was the perfect location for a family of four to explore Stockholm. The owner was very very responsive and helpful. It was clean, and we felt very safe and the views were spectacular! I would recommend this location and the old world charm of Gamla Stan!

Perfect apt in the old town
Fabulous apartment in the oldest part of Stockholm. Very quiet, clean and just perfect for two friends. Did struggle getting suitcase up the four flights of stairs but the benefit was we could sleep with the windows open and only hear the church bells. Highly recommend
