”Really enjoyed this property! Very cozy and welcoming. No need to bring coffee or tea. Great tea selection. Pete (host) was very helpful and responded quickly when I had any questions.Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable.”

”the property was not worth the price. second bed was not a king as stated. pulling back covers revealed a hair ball causing guests to sleep in their clothes. heat in lower level was non existent … guests staying there also slept in clothes. Remodel was subpar; while we did not use shower/bath the remodel included corrugated metal tub surround. for around 800 for checkin at 2 pm and checkout less than 24 hrs later we expected more. ”

”The property is located right in the heart of Lake City, next to Lake Pepin! It's easy to get to and has a nice set up with an open kitchen to living room concept which is great for a stay with friends or family! The sauna is nice and the backyard looked perfect for summer hangouts (we were there in January so couldn't enjoy that but I imagine it's nice!)”

”Quaint house within walking distance to restaurants (2) . Beautiful area and can see Lake Pepin from back deck. It is close to railroad track which we were told in description. We didn’t mind hearing the trains-some people might. Comfortable furniture in house. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated. Other restaurants and shops within short driving distance. Nice hikes nearby also. We had a good stay.”

”The house was great - clean, welcoming, has the best giant sectional couch in southeast MN, and a great kitchen. Beds (and pillows) were comfy and the hosts friendly. Oh, and the heated bathroom floor - awesome! :)”

”We had the perfect mom’s getaway! The house was as described and pictures accurate. Beautiful setting on the river. We enjoyed using the well stocked kitchen, lounging and watching movies and shopping and dining out in Durand. We loved the hot tub on the screened in porch and used it a couple of the nights.”
