”Overall had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the property itself was great with the pool, bar, and restaurant inside. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was included. The room itself was spacious and clean, especially the bathroom. My literal only complaint which knocked this review from a 5 to a 4 is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was so soft to the point where we were sinking into it. ”This hotel is located perfectly right in the heart of Broadbeach. The moment you walk out the door , you have eateries, restaurants, bars , clubs even a supermarket & chemist ALL within 200m !! The rooms are exceptionally clean, very friendly & helpful staff. A definite must stay if you're traveling on the Gold Coast. Will definitely visit again some day.”

When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me .
