”This is the second time at this hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. The beds while spotless were a little hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was extra and average, although a variety of cereal and yogurt not much in the way of fruit to add to it , just a little chopped pineapple and nothing else, the cooked breakfast was adequate but lukewarm. I would stay here again. ”
”This B&B is exceptional, full of character, spacious, clean, welcoming, run fantastically well by a lovely family - I highly recommend. The full English breakfast was exceptional and served by the granddaughter so lovingly and efficiently. Will be staying again every time in the Stockport area from now on. I want to live there permanently now !!!! ”

”Friendly welcome from staff. Room was basic but clean and well presented. A welcome bag with toothbrush and snacks was a nice touch. I used this hotel as it was 15 minutes drive to MAN airport and I would recommend it.”

Dog friendy - and he appreciated his own sausage each morning. Great location for walking - Kinder Scout and Derwent Water a short drive or Buxton, Bakewell or Matlock - perfect break ”
