”What a great house and property. We were visiting the Caldwell area for a birthday party and reunion. This house fit our needs just right. Being dog friendly is a huge plus, as my dog enjoyed the wide open spaces of the yard and surrounding areas. We had a busy schedule outside the house so we didn’t get to use much of it, but what we did use was highly functional. The house is rustic, but in a charming way. I’d stay again.”

”Stayed for three nights with 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The accommodations were perfect for us, everyone had their own room/bed. Huge house, great areas to hang out, esp the pool table room and the back “beer wall” room. Excellent communications with owners and easy check in/out. We used the grill two nights, covered from the rain. The deck was incredible and firewood/fire pit welcomed. Very close to Athens, state parks, etc. Would very much recommend / stay again if in area.”
