We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets
They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking ”

However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site.
