The rooms you are renting are all newly updated with modern HVAC and the 2 full bathrooms have been completely remodeled, one with soaking tub and walk-in waterfall shower. Two living rooms, 3 electric fireplaces, breakfast nook, DR and the porch make for great family socializing/play spaces (games, puzzles and a few books included). Full kitchen stocked with everything needed. There are 2 overflow sleeping spots in the large living room on the daybed with pull out trundle.
