”Lovely room, good tea/coffee making facilities & supply of fresh bottled milk. Great supply of bathroom toiltries. Staff were extremely friendly & the food was delicious, fresh & cooked to order...top marks to the chef !! One of our best stays, would definitely return to this wonderful pub.”

”We had a great stay at The Evenhill. All the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, warm and spacious. The shower was great and the towels were nice and large. We didn’t get full WiFi signal in the room, but it wasn’t a problem. We had dinner in the pub and everyone’s meal was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was excellent as well; with plenty to fill us up!”

”We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time. Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill. Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation. I had to kill about 6 and flush them before my wife would even settle. We could not get through to the staff on the phone so...

”Patjat olivat hieman kovia niinkuin osa palautteissa kertonut. Huoneet ovat pubin päällä, mutta melu ei haitannut kyllä mitenkään. Paikka on lyhyen matkan päässä keskustasta. Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa. Vieressä yleinen parkkialue, johon sai hotellista 6€:lla vuorokaudeksi paikan. Ajaa ensin parkkialueelle ja sitten pyytää hotellissa digitaalisen maksun.”

”Tired hotel ,lack of lifts and accesible entrance. Bedroom hot bathroom freezing couldnt get radiator to work. Lack of easily accesible sockets in room Staff excellen , breakfast excellent Plenty to see and do in area”

”The staff were fantastic very helpful and lovely to talk too and the room was beyond what I was expecting, beautifully clean lovely and warm the toilets were always clean and the shower was a walk in we absolutely enjoyed I stay and hopefully will be back next year. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel very welcomed.”

”About a 20-minute walk from the centre, this place is in a convenient and easy-to-reach location. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward, which made arrival completely stress-free. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am. With a relatively late check-in time and quite an early check-out, a later check-out option would be much appreciated. The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was on the minimalistic side, but still...

”Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost.”
