”An interesting hotel housed in a group of medieval buildings. Lots of exposed beams and narrow stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were very comfortable for the one night we spent there. The food is ok. Nothing to complain about at this price point. Very good value.”

”Warm welcome when we arrived, shown to our room and given general information on our stay, emergency contact, breakfast times etc. Restaurant pub area was warm and inviting, drinks value for money. Opted not to have breakfast as had early start the following day. Room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable and both was a generous size. And will be more than happy to stay again when in the area.”

”The room was of a good standard. Where the place was was perfect for me. I never saw the owner, I had a text that I can let myself in and the key was at the bedroom door. Very efficient and communication excellent. Having no breakfast was no problem as you have all facilities in, at least, 2 mins walk away. I will be returning.”
