”Clean room enough parking ”

”Good place to stay. ”

”We were surprised this is considered a 4 star hotel. It is in need of a renovation. The property appeared old and run down, the main elevators weren't working or were very slow. You could not drink the water unless you are an elite member. The duvet was in between 2 thin sheets and not between an actual duvet cover. The room was clean however, which is the most important thing to me. The staff was also kind. It is also very busy with events (weddings, dance competition, etc.)”

”The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the layout of their own overall & the bathroom. Staff were attentive & friendly. The floors in the room creek with every step both in the room and in the room above the room. You could easily hear people walking back-and-forth. The walls are rather thin, and I heard a lot of intimate moments, showers, toilet, flush, children, running back-and-forth. It was very hard to relax. After all of that, there was a charge for...

”I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night”

”The staff were very helpful and polite. The first room we went in was an older room that had not been renovated and was very small for a mobility accessable room, they upgraded the room and was very satisfied. Need more variety for the Continental breakfast not hot foods at all.”

”Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....
