”If you are visiting Sheffield you can’t go wrong with a stay at this hotel. So easy into sheffield( we were at the Arena) lovely and clean and new. Fab staff and service and food was great in restaurant.”

”The hotel is in a transition phase - they're in the midst of a reboot/refurb so things are still a bit up and down, though they did seem to be trying their best.
I stayed in one of the finished rooms and everything was just as you would expect. Unfortunately the hotel was overbooked so my colleague had to stay in one of the incomplete rooms. This did not at all match the description or pictures and was an experience to say the least.
I would make sure that they have not overbooked and that...

”Room was adequate, the heated towel rail was on the other side of the bedroom wall so the bedroom was uncomfortably hot, even at night - but the wife preferred this. The bed was quite firm and a good size. It was difficult to view the TV screen from the settee on the back wall. Tea (Yorkshire) and coffees were plentiful - not so much biscuits. Full English, plus cereals, juice, toast and tea/coffee refills welcome.”

”Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Kettle and coffee machine with good supply of tea, coffee and fresh milk. Staff friendly and efficient. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. Lovely location for a walking break - we appreciated use of the pub car park before check-in/after check-out. Would stay here again in future.”
