”Booked a standard double room for 2 nights for a hospital appointment close by. The room was very tired and the heating system was blowing out freezing cold air constantly all night on the first night. After speaking with the receptionist next day, they kindly moved us and offered us an upgrade to a much nicer room. ”

”Easy to find, 15 minutes from utilita stadium. Lovely room, great staff, plenty parking. Lots of glass needed a good clean and windows were dirty in Marco Pierre restaurant. Bed was hard but everything was immaculate in the room. Great breakfast. ”

”The guys at reception gave a warm welcome and helped with the bags to our room. Room was basically fine however the kettle could have done with a better clean. Decoration of the room was a little tired, but probably fine for most guys. The full English Breakfast was very good, well cooked and quality produce. My wife is gluten free, so had no alternatives such as porridge. Made do with some bacon and egg. The evening meal was also very good, but with a busy restaurant, service was a little slow....
