”The room was fairly clean, but was not cleaned or serviced the next day, even though no door tag on door advising otherwise. I had to go down to front desk that evening to get clean towels.”

I wish we would have had time to go to the pool but our schedule didn’t allow it. There was a LOT of variety for the breakfast bar but we came at the end and the food was over cooked. ”We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean qnd smelled nice. There were plenty of towels and the shower was hot. We will definitely be staying again.”

”I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night. Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us. Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken.”

I had a billing issue which was efficiently addressed and staff were attentive to my needs. Their care for their guests is exemplary”

”Horrendous. Disgusting rooms. Smelled like cigarettes and every blanket/ sheet had burn holes. Bathroom was gross. Breakfast is coffee and bags of Doritos. Didn’t have super high expectations but my god I would avoid this place next time.”

”Was surprised that staff only cleans room and replaces towels every other day. nothing was said on site or when we checked in. Also had a supposed handicap room. Toilet was lowest i've ever seen and difficult to get in shower as i had to step over tub - not walk in. did have bars by toilet and in shower but not very handicap friendly”

”Location is good near by Mall of Georgia where you can even walk. Also a few nice restaurants in the walking distance. Breakfast was ok but not so many options. Air conditioning was noisy and also the traffic noise was quite heavy.”

The bedding was not clean. we had to use our own pillows and we could only stay one of the 3 nights we paid for. Breakfast was not terrible but minimial. The people were nice enough but would never stay there again.”
