”Property is going thru renovations, so I understand some of the clutter. But my room had no toilet paper OR even a toilet rack to put it on. That should never be a detail that is overlooked. Also the shower door opens opposite to the controls. no way to turn on shower without getting wet. Even with lowered expectations, these are details that no hotel should overlook.”
