”Extremely friendly staff. Only negative thing was some repairment guy looking in from my Windows and I was staying in third floor, but that Is not hotel's fault. We Will see soon again. ”

”I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered.”

”The room was very clean and staff was friendly. I was disappointed that the breakfast was less than desirable. They had the usual cereal, bagels. bread, waffles and eggs and gravy. I was missing the fresh fruit, and maybe a muffin or two. I did think the eggs tasted like the powder egg mix. I ended up going out for breakfast. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.”

”The staff was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of the property. My room was clean, there were plenty of towels, and a wonderful bed, with a variety of pillows. The greenbelt and a path to the river made walking my dog very enjoyable.”

”We had an amazing stay! From the moment we checked in until we left, everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options each morning. If I could suggest anything, it would be to have the laundry room available 24/7 and to open the pool a little earlier. Those are just minor suggestions, though, because everything else...

”The hotel's maintenance and overall cleanliness were very poor. We found the floors, hallways, and walls to be very dirty. When I asked for our room to be mopped, I couldn't believe how dirty the mop was after they finished cleaning. The room did not have a coffee maker and a hair dryer. The bedspread was torn and of very poor quality. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful.”

”The staffs were very helpful & nice-frontdesks(night, day, weekdays, weekend) & housekeeper. The towels,sheets, bed cover & blankets were at least 10-15 yrs old. The blanket was full of holes a man’s thumb can poke into each easily. The fridge was super filthy with black molds. i cleaned it for an hour so i can use it. Yet, it was still dirty. I wanted to rest but couldnt, due to the adjustment i had to deal with in the room. The bedside lamp was broken & the outlet was down i had to use...
