The Village Hideaway:
This special property is a corner end unit in a condominium building hidden just two blocks off Main Street. Bathed in sunlight throughout the day, it's the perfect place for to hide on vacation, work from home, or relax after vigorous outdoor fun in Stowe.

It is furnished throughout the open-concept "great room" with solid wood, Arts and Crafts/Shaker-style furniture as well as two plush pull out couches that can sleep three additional people on a twin and queen mattress, each available with luxurious 600 thread count sheets and cozy comforters.

The furnishings give the place a feel of a "Refined Country Chic." 

Arrive home from the slopes and gather with drinks around the glowing gas stove, or bask in the late fall sunshine while sitting out on the second floor balcony overlooking the protected wetlands -- the view to the right and entirely behind the building. 

Enjoy cooking in the clean, modern kitchen, complete with a brand new gas range. You will enjoy serving dinner or appetizers for guests on the farmer's table that adjoins the space as everyone mills around, enjoying the falling snow outside the many windows and patio doors, the fire warming everyone up after an exciting day exploring Stowe's outdoor delights.

Relish working from home at the end of the Great Room, tucked away in your "office" in the nook at the end of the room. Settle into your oversized desk and chair, and stock the shelves with everything you need to get your work done so that you can go back out and play again in the mountains.

A brand new 50" Google TV awaits you for popcorn and movie nights and numerous board games will entertain couples and families alike -- late into the night.

Finally, sleep soundly on the cozy new (Oct 2021) mattress, complete with a brand new (Dec 2021) memory foam topper, dressed with luxurious sheets, a 100% goose down comforter, and a mix of synthetic and 100% down pillows. Cozy up in the spacious bedroom, and enjoy the bright windows, louvered shades, ample closet space, two full dressers, and pretty lighting. 

You'll find numerous other thoughtful touches for easy living and "instant vacationing" throughout the property during your stay.

▪︎Please note that the apartment is only officially rented to two people as primary guests due to zoning.

Consider incredible seasonal pricing...
▪︎Just a small single room in the village is -- a 200-350sq ft hotel room and some small AirBnB apartments (without a kitchen, living/study/dining room, balcony, gas stove, laundry, etc.(and no room for guests!) easily costs $500-$600/night (plus tax) during leaf peeping and summer.
▪︎That same room during ski season can be $600-$800.
▪︎And $900-$1800 during Columbus Day, 4th July, peak summer weeks, Xmas, New Year's, MLK, February Vacation... These are real numbers!
