This renovated home in Stowe's historic district is steps away from a grocery store, shops, restaurants, the ski-lift shuttle, the famous Stowe Trail and many other local attractions. The home also offers a clean environment with new furniture, sky lights, two balconies overlooking the Little River, a fireplace, three parking spots. The area is perfect for skiing, hiking, biking and visiting the local attractions including historic sites, renowned breweries, and restaurants.

Amazing Stay
I visited with my family in June for a short weekend trip and had an amazing time. The property was clean and well equipped. I would be cautious for families with very small children, but for my family (teens and up) it was perfect for our needs. We loved the proximity to the town of Stowe because everything was just a short walk away. The small market in the adjacent parking lot was also a extremely convenient and had everything that you could ask for. I would recommend this property to anyone I know visiting Stowe in the future!

Very convenient property. Walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. A market is next door. Great / easy communication with the owner. 3 bedrooms that can fit 6 comfortably and then more on a pull out couch and cot. 3 parking spaces are available which was helpful for our group.

Very clean and roomy. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Comfortably fit 8 at dining room table and seating for 6 in living room and lovely river view outside windows. Great location. Can walk to anywhere in town. Parking inside and outside of garage worked well. Ben is quick to reply to any questions.

Great property in the heart of Stowe
This is a great townhouse. The location is super convenient. It’s adjacent to a grocery to pick up your supplies and a short walk to the shops and restaurants in lower Stowe village. We were visiting for an alpine ski trip. The free shuttle departs from city hall about every 20-30 minutes. The stop is about a 5 minute walk. The shuttle drops you at the Spruce Center which is very nice. The property was well equipped and very comfortable. 1 bedroom on the third level and 2 on the lowest level. Kitchen and living space on the main. This was a nice set up as it allowed everyone to have their own space and the activity on the main did not disturb anyone. Highly recommended for a ski trip.

Perfectly adjacent to walkable downtown w/ local shops, restaurants, and bars. Very clean residence. Stream in the backyard was a nice addition to the vibe. Stone's throw to a local grocery store w/ everything we needed. Would re-visit.

Love Stowe, and this location was great.
We were a 2 min walk from the start of the XC ski rec trail (walking/biking in summer), Mac’s market is literally next door which made getting food so easy, and there is a lot of shopping and dining right out the from door too. Trips to the downhill mountain (Stowe Mountain resort) were only 15 mins as was Von Trapp. Great place, recomend it. Ben was super prompt with answers to any questions. Tons of linens available, and place was clean and well kept. Recently renovated, all seemed new. Thanks!!

Perfect Family Vacation
Ben's property was the perfect spot for our family ski vacation to Stowe (4 adults and 2 kids ages 10 and 7)! The location was within short walking distance of the market (right next door), as well as shops and restaurants in downtown Stowe. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our week. The communication with Ben was fast and easy. The shared master bathroom on the lower floor was awesome, and the creek behind the house provided great scenery! I would recommend this property to anyone, and will be sure to keep it on our list for the next visit to Stowe!

ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!
The condo, location, host, communication with host, etc. were ALL wonderful! It completely worked for my family because we love to cook a bit while on vacation and there is a super cute little market, which oddly enough somehow has some of everything, just next door so one can very easily walk there. Also, the location of this mini condo complex is just 2 minute walk to the part of Main St where most of the great Stowe shops/boutiques/restaurants/etc. are located. After a day of full fun, outdoor activities it's really nice to be able to drive "home" and then walk around town, do some shopping, get some ice cream... The condo also has parking directly in front of the entrance so it makes dragging in/out suitcases and bags really easy, especially if you're packed for a week. Most of the decor and some accessory furniture (dining table/chairs, artwork, living room chairs, etc.) as seen on the images on the VRBO site are all different now, but in my opinion, a good different. It's like the host did a decor renovation/upgrade. We loved it all!! We liked what we saw on the images but were happily surprised with what we walked into as well. 😊 The beds were all super comfortable and what we really liked was the fact that there were PLENTY of pillows on every single bed. Also, the sheets and bedding weren't overly scented at all. Just nice and fresh smelling. (For some, where overly chemicalized fragrances is a deterrent, this is important.) Lastly, just before leaving to make the trek there, I was sending off questions to the host (checking how the kitchen was stocked with respect to pots & pans, closest market, asking if there was a coffee maker ...) and Ben kindly answered all my questions and very promptly too! Overall, if you're looking for a GREAT place to stay in Stowe with wonderful hosts and a superb location, this is it. In all honesty, the *only* negative thing I could say about this place is that some of the light switches did nothing so it was slightly disturbing when you're trying to turn on light BUT in all cases there was always another, different light that could be turned on for the room so we were not completely dismayed. Ben, if you're reading this, your main overhead light in the kitchen may need a bulb replacement. ☺️ The light directly over the sink area works, and sufficiently lights the kitchen. Thank you Ben, for a wonderful stay!! We hope to rent again in the winter season next time 🙂

Perfect weekend in Stowe!
What can I say, this place was perfect! Location, location, location. Ben's property is beautifully appointed right in the middle of town. We could walk to the grocery store and restaurant and shops, and never take the car. The home was perfect. It was really nicely done, felt quite luxe. The back view of the creek felt like total privacy. It was great for my family as we stayed in the basement with the kids close by. This will definitely be our go to when we come back to Stowe.

Just perfect!
This place made our stay Stowe amazing! Cozy, beautiful, clean, and spacious. Conveniently located near shops, a market, restaurants, and friendly four legged neighbors. My favorite part was waking up to the gorgeous river views. One million percent would stay here again, my only complaint is that I didn’t book longer!
