The lift wasn't working in the Heron building. There is a covered walkway from there to the main building where food is served. Signage is not brilliant, especially when you arrive in Heron building from the main building (no signs to direct you to the lift or stairs, no indication that numbers starting 100 are upstairs on first...

”While the actual hotel stay was good it was disappointing that the property was unable to be flexible with a booking error, while it was my mistake booking the wrong dates when I tried to correct this within 24h the property was unwilling to re-schedule or cancel the booking made in error leaving me with a 2nd booking was unable to use.”

”A very dated hotel. Welcome at reception luke warm with a team that seem disinterested in providing a welcoming friendly greeting to arriving guests. Many windows broken, rooms in need of a deep clean and refresh. Small amounts of mould and poorly repaired sealant in bathrooms. Towels and bed linen clean. There is very much a vibe of “how little can we do to maintain the hotel, how cheaply can we do this repair, how little can we pay and invest in our employees”. And that approach shows....

”Excellent location within Stadium MK - I stayed for the marathon event and great for this purpose - some shops and plenty of restaurants in the area - I ate in the Pitchside lounge - parking was £10 for 24 hours which was reasonable (hotel guest special price) - I had breakfast included with my booking - this did not seem to be on their reservation for me and I was asked on a couple of separate occasions if I wanted to add and pay for breakfast which was a little frustrating as I had shown at...

”Typical 500 years old UK hotel building with confusing hallways, pretty hot in the summer time since no ac. Bathroom was renovated. Breakfast was ok.”

”From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They let us check in even though we were slightly early and they changed the room to a ground floor one so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. The room was perfect. Clean, spacious and welcoming.
