”Makes you wonder if the place is called bed & breakfast, but there's no breakfast??? Bathroom was renovated, but outcome was something in between poor and terrible. No hooks or space to put your stuff and the sink was blocking the toilet! Had to do some joga in order to do your business.
On the other hand great location, the room had all necessities and the price was adequate. Would stay again.”
”We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. ”

”Just returned from a weekend stay with my boyfriend and it was just perfect from start to finish. Lots of free parking and huge outdoor areas to explore. We had such a warm welcome by Karen on Reception. Our room was fantastic, a super size bed with a lovely balcony, a huge bathroom with bath and walk in shower. It was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with all the options you’d expect from a cooked breakfast to continental. We used the spa facilities which were fab and not too...
