• A very large open-plan kitchen with a living area of over 70 m².

Rental conditions:





• Minimum 2 nights (exceptions outside weekends — contact us).





• Pets welcome for a €30 fee per pet.





• Small friendly gatherings and background music are welcome; out of respect for our neighbours, no loud sound systems, shouting or loud voices outside, especially in the evening. In case of serious disturbance, a deduction from the security deposit may apply.

Bath linen is provided (one large towel per person) and beds are made up on arrival; feel free to bring a dedicated towel for the jacuzzi. Please bring your own coffee pods (Senseo, Nespresso, Vertuo or Dolce Gusto) — a filter coffee machine is also available.
