"Overall, the staff and room were great. My complaint is the free continental breakfast. It was horrible. Fake eggs, something greasy and leathery that resembled bacon, pancakes were tough as leather with absolutely no taste. The fresh fruit was the only positive."

"The elevator is soooo slow but hey it is what it is. Breakfast was good except half hour before service was over many items were gone. Some, like muffins and cinnamon rolls, understandable. Things like bread for the toaster and PLATES, not so much."
