”Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. ” This joke of a property management and Vrbo double booked the property so when we got there after 6 hours of driving, we couldnt stay there! Both the property management and VRBO did more to try and deflect blame on one another instead of just refunding my money asap. I had to wait a week and a half before vrbo approved the refund because of it! If you stay here, call the property management first so you can make sure you're not getting screwed like we did! ”

”A group of us stayed there for a work trip and it was the perfect situation for us. The beds were SO comfortable! The decor was vibe! Supplies were plenty. Towels were top quality. The fire pit was so fun to use on our last night in town. Very close to a beach so we could dip our toes in the ocean.There is an airport runway behind the property but the noise wasn’t terrible. ”

”The apartment was beautiful. One highlight for the children was the arcade game in the living room. The view of the water was striking from the living room and bedroom. The neighborhood was very quiet. Shakeema was a great host, easy to contact and she responds quickly. Thank you! I would recommend this VRBO to family and friends.”

”We had a very comfortable stay at Orange Oasis. The location was near a friendly corner market and a small grocery and book store. We didn't spend time in the apartment during the day so we didn't take advantage of of the many windows that let in nice autumn light. Check in was easy, verything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is pretty bare-bones and there isn't a lot of extra "stuff" around so if we were planning to do a lot of cooking or hoping to play games and read books...

”We were visiting friends so wanted to rent a place for our family (2 adults, 2 children). This property is ideally located just outside of New Haven, walking distance to the beach, easy parking, spacious and beautiful on the inside. The only hiccup was the owner forgot to include the door code and we did not realized this would prevent entry to the place until late at night when we were ready to check in on the first day. My only suggestion for future renters is to make sure the code is included...
