”The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. Other than that, we would definitely stay again, loved the ruins and the squirrels. ”

”First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. Full crockery and cutlery with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Communication from Roy the manager was superb and ensured everything went smoothly...

”Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

”We had a lovely time at Heronview. The accommodation was brilliant just right for the two of us. Our hosts were great and it was good to meet the dogs and bantems. Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. ”Extremely disappointed with my weekend away with my partner. The accommodation itself was really lovely; spacious, finished to a high speed specification and had a really good feel to it. The heat in the apartment was unbearable, it was only 19 degrees outside but the apartment had no air movement at all and the windows opened a very limited amount. ”First of all, Kay was absolutely lovely and was so flexible with some of our travel mess ups and delays. Thank you Kay! Second - have been to Cotswolds several times, I would say this is one of the best locations as far as being out but in - it was literally minutes down the road from Stratford and then driving to other towns was very convenient. We didn’t really end up with much time at the property but the little we were there I would definitely come back! It was so quaint and Cotswoldish!...
