”L.ovely home. Mary made our check-in smoother. She helped”

”The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was close to the Parade. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

”Our room was lovely and comfortable. We were in the back of the building just off the garden (Brontë room) It was quiet and peaceful and a great place to relax after exploring the nearby towns and villages. Go early as the villages get crowded quickly and parking can be limited depending on the village. The only issue we had was breakfast was included with our stay but had difficulty finding it. It was located offsite a few minutes walk but I was only able to find this after googling other...

”Gorgeous building with interesting historical links and facts. Breakfast was nice, if a little pricey”

”Very enjoyable stay. Didn’t see anyone else at all during our stay, but access to the property and to our room was very easy with Gabriella’s information she sent the day before arrival. House and room were lovely and warm on arrival. Breakfast was self service ~ very nice and well laid out Would certainly stay again. Very convenient NCP car park directly opposite , which was only £11.00 for overnight parking. Great location, easy walk to the centre and theatre.”

”This B&B was a nice surprise. The owner of the B&B welcomed us warmly and told some good tips what to see and eat in Bourton on the water. Breakfast was traditional English breakfast with ham and eggs. Would have stayed there another night but it was full booked the day after. This is the best B&B that you can find from Bourton on the water and I would recommend it truly.”

”Certainly not the best place to stay , some serious renovations needed , damp patches, server damp around windows, broken glass on window in bathroom .radiators need a good clean extreme build up of dust .also doors and behind toilet were filthy. Shower took forever to drain and black mould in shower. The room needs a realy good overall and not just a coat of bad paint job which it looks like they do. Lampshades and curtains Al need replacing as very dusty and nets mouldy from damp around the...

”A literal 5-star stay. I immediate extended my stay upon arrival. Everyone is so lovely and the room itself is wonderful, spacious and clean. Thoughtful amenities such as milk alternative, coffee bags and light breakfast snacks. I’m already deciding when next to book my stay at 33.”

”This is not a hotel. It is a house that rents rooms out. That said, it was clean and fine for a one night stay. I was not sent check in instructions, so I had to call them when I arrived to see how to access my room.”

”Easy place to find. Parking on site. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Evening meals and breakfast were good. Only negative comment to add is that it would be nice to be able to check in before 6pm on days the pub is closed until then.”

”Really lovely building and grounds.”
