”I didn't realise we were staying in a brand new little townhouse! It was great. Only negatives: 1. Wifi was really weak. 2. The dishwasher didn't work. We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults.”

”If you'd like to live the faulty towers experience, then this may be the place for you. Issues from the get-go when trying to check in, wrong phone numbers/no one on site, incorrect room/s, getting the run-around, and other guests being assigned the same room.”
