”Highly recommended. Extremely helpful staff, very comfortable room and the grounds and garden are beautiful. There is a large pool and lots of places to relax in the gardens and several different restaurants to choose from. The airport transfer service was also excellent and waited for me despite my flight being very late.”

”A+. Will stay here again!”

”Great restaurants”

”Great cioce at a good price. Good at the restaurant was very good”

”Schönes Zimmer und ganz tolles Frühstück und sehr freundlicher Service”

”Good location, nice and clean rooms. Bathroom lacks privacy if you are sharing the room. Noises from the bar can be pretty loud during the weekend nights.”

”A pleasant stay! ”

”Ok”

”The hotel was over all ok. The air conditioning didn't get the rooms as cold as I like. They offered bottle water with these metal beer caps that were hard to open. Plus I believe they refilled the bottles with tap water because the water levels we never the same and tasted dirty. The staff was nice and the security helped me feel safe in the neighborhood.”

”Very nice place, staff are great, easy to access ”

”i spent 3 nights in this hotel and liked it very much. Hotel area was well secured and before you could enter, you had to go throu secure-point. Personnel was very, very friendly and polite. They were ready to do everything to make you enjoy hotel and its services. I took swimming pool and sauna twice. Sauna was not hot enough for Finnish taste, but it was clean and nice bonus. ”

”Scam”

”Security good, staff friendly and convenient parking spots”

”The only problem with this hotel is that the rooms used to be adjacent, which means that there is still a door connecting rooms. While the door is blocked, all noise passes through the door, which can be annoying (you hear everything from the next room). Otherwise, this is a clean, safe, small hotel. It is not located in the Central Business District, but is convenient for accessing the Kilimani area. Alcohol is not served.”

”This must be the worst of the big hotels in Nairobi. The service is slow but the staff manages to be inquisitive in all the wrong ways, ringing the bell at strange times etc. I was being called harsh in swahili (I guess I wasn’t supposed to know) when I had to correct them the room was booked for two, just like the ebookers app showed. I don’t like to complain but Nairobi is mostly a welcoming place so you can easily find a better hotel in the area.”

”Excellent service”

”Todella hyvä palvelu. Ystävällinen henkilö kunta. Palvelu ensiluokkaista voi todella suositella. Alue mukavan rauhallinen ja helppo liikkua aleella.”
