”Not enough heat”

”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”It was good for me and my little dog. We took a single. But it was down stairs and hard to negotiate for a somewhat disabled 78 year old. A screen on only one window. So, for one who likes to sleep with windows open… not great. Also, there was access to a lower lawn, j no it at dark no outer light to turn on for walking doggy. All in all it was ok. Bed was hard but I’m tough and finally slept well.”

”My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and had the loveliest time. The staff were great and we had a great time using the hot tub and pool! There was a really cute coffee bar and common area to use as well. Room was clean and large! Great location!”

”My husband and I stayed at the Manchester View for 5 days while we were looking at houses. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade our room and it was wonderful. The room was so comfortable and spacious we didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend the Manchester View to anyone and if we ever have an overflow of relatives that come to visit, they will be staying at the Manchester View.”

”My family all stayed at The Hampton Inn of Manchester for my husband’s nephew’s wedding. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating to what our needs were for the weekend. The breakfast station was fantastic as we could all enjoy breakfast with each other without going anywhere else and making reservations for a big group breakfast. I would recommend anyone visiting Manchester, Vermont to checkout the Hampton Inn for their stay. They won’t be disappointed. Remember...

”It is a lovely beautiful place, we visited at the end of snow season but I bet that this place is beautiful in fall foliage, summer and winter! Me and my best friend stayed at this amazing, cozy and family owned lodge and we will definitely be back we our friends and family. Lisa is very sweet, attentive and has two beautiful cats. ”

”Gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast and was good. Had two rooms, first room was fine. Clean but air conditioning did not work. Second room, heat did not work and our first night was cool out. They did move the second room. Heat worked well in the new room, however had dead flies throughout. Pool and hot tub in need of a cleaning. Forget the gym equipment. It’s all rusted and in disrepair. Would I stay here again, no. But it is...

”We had a lovely stay at The Inn At Ormsby Hill. The owners were warm and hospitable and they ensured the rooms and grounds were well presented. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, chatting in the living room, and eating a delicious breakfast in the dining room. A visit to the neighboring Hildene Estate rounded our our stay. We are already planning our next stay!”
