Because of our age related disabilities, the fact that there is NO step up, either from the garage or the front porch to make entry was a great bonus. An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help.
