”Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. Location was very good for what I needed. We had hoped the campus shuttle ran more often on the weekend, but that was not a problem with the inn itself. Clean, though small rooms. Coffee in the room tasted terrible and coffee in the lobby costs $2/cup so I was very unhappy with that, but if that's the worst of it, that's not too bad. Would stay again for sure if anything brought me this way again.”

When a staff member finally came to assist me, I explained that I was checking in. To my surprise, I was told there was no room available, despite having spoken with hotel staff the night before and being assured that a note would be placed on my reservation regarding my late arrival.
