”The elevator had been out of service for 2 weeks so we had to carry our bags to our room on the 4th floor. Everytime we went out we had to climb up & down stairs to our 4th floor.

Fortunately, the professional and friendly staff is on board to make things easy, comfortable, and pleasant overall.
