”Lovely hotel. Stayed with my wife for her birthday.
We had a deluxe room which was quite a long walk from hotel reception. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was massive!
Only negative points for the room were the amount of cobwebs and dust around light fittings and soundproofing between rooms. We could clearly hear people in other rooms using their toilet facilities.
We used the pool which was warm and changing room was clean and tidy.
Buffet breakfast was superb, there is loads of...

”We were instantly made to feel welcome when checking in, everything was explained to us regarding the facilities the dining arrangements and the bars. Very friendly and polite staff too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.”

”I recently stayed in a Superior Double Room and was disappointed by the overall experience, particularly considering the premium rate charged.
The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel benefits from a large free car park, which was appreciated. However, several aspects fell well below what I would expect from a superior room.
The room felt somewhat dated, and attention to detail was lacking. Only one teaspoon was provided despite there being two mugs in the room....

”We only stayed for 1 night with our dogs, the grounds of the hotel are stunning with lovely views. We were only given 1 bottle of water for our room, when booking I was advised the additional supplement for pets would ensure plenty water in the room, this was not the case but we had plenty with us anyway so didn't see the point in mentioning it. We pet friendly restaurant was lovely albeit dirty wine glasses on the tables covered in lipstick. The starer came out way to quick literally took our...
