I thought it was odd that the front desk manager rather than walk around the desk to address a computer issue was sitting on the desk to fix the matter, but it was apparently easier. ”Entering the hotel was not very inviting. Staff did not seem to speak very good English and we could not really understand them. The bar was beautiful, but once again not very inviting. We did not feel welcome. The room was "okay". There was an opened coffee pod that we did not open. Who ever installed the fireplace was not very good. The breakfast was all over the place. Some was in the bar area and some was in another room. I do not know how they got the rating they have, but for the money...

”Checking in was fast. Staff were professional and pleasant. Clean overall. However our room had a broken curtain rod and the curtain was stained. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to sleep throughout the night. I believe this property is non-smoking, but there were people outside the main entrance smoking. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter a non-smoking building….I didn’t appreciate that as a non-smoker. No breakfast at this motel.”

”The bathroom was extremely clean the beds were made well everything was clean everything smelled fresh they need a little sprucing up the furniture needs updating a little scraping paint outside of the balconies but other than that for the price for the night it was well worth it they offer coffee we didn't get it that's all right this dunkin' donuts around right there there's a restaurant that doesn't look open but it was well for the night”
