Hotel did not find prepaid reservation
the hotel claimed that they donât have our reservation. After showing the reservation confirmation they said that they need to see that we have paid the room. We showed them the comfirmation of the payment. After that they calmly said that the hotel is fullybooked. They had reservations only with ...
