The property was strategically located for our activities, including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Gardens, and the Hunstanton through to Wells Next to the Sea area. It was convenient to our ancestral homes in Swaffham and Deopham. Went to the Samphire just over 1/2 mile down the road for a nice dinner. Picked up a few items at the shop across the street. Met some friendly couples at breakfast.”

The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television.
The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available.
Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful.
If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here.”
