”This hotel is a step above a homeless shelter. They don’t own a vacuum clearly. I don’t expect much given what I was paying but Expedia should let people know it’s probably worth $40/night tops, there monthly rate is half that”

”Very nice place. Seemed to be a new building. Friendly staff and the room was nice and clean”

”The gal at the front desk was super helpful and kind. We had to ask for a different room because the first one she put us in had a wet dog smell (probably someone actually had a wet dog in there). She was helpful and moved us with no problems. The free parking while we were out of town for a week was amazing!! Airport shuttle was awesome and it was nice to be able to grab breakfast before our flight left! Great value!!!”

”I have a family vacation and i enjoyed the hotel was very convenient and comfy. I recommend this hotel more than any other place! Will differentiate come back to stay at the hotel next visit to Detroit!”

”The rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. The staff was awesome. They were all very friendly but especially Marty. He was so kind and beyond helpful. Hope we can go back sometime and would definitely stay there again. The only negative was the breakfast. It was just ok. I would probably go somewhere else to eat next time.”

”Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. The shower was also excellent! We enjoyed our stay here.”

”The room was filthy and then I was asked to check in after 6pm until they could clean another room because they were all sold out and refused me a refund! Then never gave me a deposit back and said I stain a sheet over the phone after inquiring about the refund two months later.”

”Aa”

”We had "fun" at check in Gerri was great. Went to our room, it hadn't been cleaned. Gerri - no hassle upgrade. Really clean and upgraded. They were hosting youths soccer teams, you would never know. Breakfast outstanding! Great staff. If the staff is having fun you know you have great operation, but better, a great customer experience. Mr. Hampton Inn this is rare, look after this team.”
