This charming house offers plenty of space and opportunities, both indoors and outdoors, to truly relax and have a wonderful time! Spread over three floors, it features plenty of sleeping accommodations and a fully equipped kitchen with an espresso machine, a food slicer, and an induction stove. Outside, there’s a lovely sun deck with a lounge area, a Weber grill, and, of course, a large garden featuring a giant trampoline, a ping-pong table, space for badminton and soccer, and much more.

Everything you need for daily life is provided.
The large living room, the spacious kitchen, and especially the outdoor area invite you to relax and unwind. On the same floor, there is a bedroom and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find bedrooms, a children’s room, and a bathroom. On the lower level, there is another bedroom and a TV room, as well as a second bathroom (accessible from outside).

The outdoor area consists of a large terrace (approx. 65 sqm) and gardens in front of and behind the house (totaling approx. 400 sqm).
The giant trampoline (4.5 m in diameter) is a delight for every child.

In general, additional sleeping arrangements (for up to 10 guests) as well as (two additional) rooms can be provided upon request.

The house is beautifully situated in a green setting—the forest begins right on the street behind it—and is the former forester’s house. You can enjoy long hikes and walks in the countryside, as well as higher up—with views overlooking parts of Stuttgart. At the same time, getting into the city by public transportation is super easy.
