The villa is set within a lush, fully fenced private park of approximately 350 sqm, enhanced by a well-kept lawn, ancient vines, and centuries-old olive trees that evoke a magical, timeless atmosphere.

Within the park, surrounded by a vegetable garden rich in typical local produce, guests can enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners on the beautiful covered terrace, equipped with a dining table and barbecue – an ideal space for convivial moments in the open air, surrounded by relaxation and classic Tuscan views.

The true highlight of the property is the private 35 sqm pool, featuring an elegant trapezoidal shape and seamlessly set into the garden. Open from May through the end of October, the pool includes a relaxing hydromassage area and is surrounded by comfortable poufs, sun loungers, deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a bar service available to guests. The pool area is enhanced by a stunning aquarium that doubles as an elegant bar counter, ideal for enjoying breakfast and aperitifs poolside, while ornamental palm trees surround the space with a refined, exclusive, and exotic atmosphere.

On the basement level, the villa features a spacious covered parking area for up to 5 cars and a delightful wine cellar, offering guests the opportunity to discover and taste fine wine selections, perfect for hosting private dinners with a dedicated chef. A convenient elevator directly connects the parking area to the villa’s interior spaces, ensuring comfort and ease of access.

Internal description

Villa Bilor Luxe can sleep up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property is composed of 2 exclusive designer suites, both located in the penthouse. Each suite features a private entrance and can be easily accessed either via the internal staircase or by the elevator that directly connects the covered parking area on the basement level.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wifi Internet connection. Pets are allowed upon request only.

- Suite 1: this is the largest and most refined unit of the villa. It features 2 elegant double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (with shower). The suite also offers a bright and welcoming open-plan living area with a sofa, fireplace, and tv, opening onto wraparound terraces. Here, a spacious outdoor area invites al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue for unforgettable gatherings. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped.

A guest bathroom and a practical laundry area with washing machine, iron, and ironing board complete the property.

- Suite 2: the second suite features a contemporary open-plan living area with sofa, fireplace, tv, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes 1 bedroom with a single sofa bed and 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The triple bedroom serves as a walk-through room to access the single bedroom.

The suite is completed by a bathroom with shower and a functional laundry area equipped with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); final cleaning; Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Several extra services are available upon request, including: poolside bar service, lunch by the pool, lunches and dinners in the wine cellar, dinners in the vegetable garden, bicycle rental, guided tours and excursions, and truffle hunting experiences.

Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
