”Very clean and cute hotel with central location and excellent service. Loved the decor, the vibe, the breakfast at the terrace, the comfortable bed and the pillow. The only downside for us was the noise and music coming from the several restaurants from the street below (until about 1 AM). Also you can hear almost everything from the combined reception/wine bar/breakfast area from the room we stayed in. There was soundproofing but if you are light sleeper or want to go to bed early take this...

As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again.”

”Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

”Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments...

”Amazing location in old town. Very close to the shops and market but not on the centre of it. Quiet location. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. Their customer service was amazing. ”
